In the past six years that I've known Dean, his players have always come to me in a fantastic physical and mental state; ready to compete.

Lee, I cannot say enough good things about you as a Coach or what your addition to the Varsity staff has done for the program. You bring a tremendous amount of soccer knowledge. More impressive is how quickly you were able to develop a rapport with the athletes on the team.

I feel strongly that with the present coaching staff, the program will continue to improve.

Dean Moraitis is a solid trainer/coach with a strong orientation to tactical formations on the field. His teams understand how to keep proper shape: diamonds and triangles, as well as how to execute the first defender rule and the defensive shift. What makes Dean especially effective is the way in which he uses emotion and his personality to get the best from his players at game time.

Thank you for everything you have done as a coach for the Baldwin girls varsity soccer team! You have helped us change up our strategies when something wasn't working and always knew what was best for the team. You taught me a lot about myself, as a player, and also a person and I can't thank you enough.

As I'm now graduating High School, I will be taking all of these special memories with me. This year was especially great, not only because we made it to the county finals for the first time in 25 years, but also because we all became a true family. I will never forget the year we had and I wish you the best of luck in the years to come.

Afterall, winning doesn't always mean coming in first, but doing better than you have ever done before. Thank you again for an amazing experience.

We would like to thank you all for a spectacular weekend. The amount of time and energy that you all devoted to the boys this weekend was heart-warming. It is always so special to see trainers of your caliber devote that much attention to forwarding the future of your players. As a parent, I thank you for reminding Jonathan and us how great soccer can be. Jonathan truly had fun while trying to achieve a goal. There was a perfect balance of discipline, control and nurturing. And the results were amazing. Clearly the boys were playing for both themselves and you. Personally, I think you should all consider coaching other coaches. I have been singing your praises to everyone I know...
